But they're not only blatantly revealing to each other how to posthere, but they're turning it into a bastardized copy of the 'alt.hacker'newsgroup [with it's adolescent "charm"].ObHack: I drink very little milk because I have allergies and the milkincreases phlegm (so I avoid it, for the most part). But I like latte withmy Cappucino. So, to avoid the spoilage, I keep whipping cream (which has along shelf life) in the fridge, and use powdered milk with whipping cream tomake my latte. It's better than just powdered milk (which doesn't foam aswell), and keeps longer than regular milk (and probably costs less in thelong run). And I don't even bother stirring the powdered milk in the lattepitcher - I just fill it half way with water, add about half as muchpowdered milk, pour in some whipping cream, and steam it - it mixes reallywell that way - probably better than any other possible way.

FIAT CAR PARTS : I tried to crank it today but it didn't.... we noticed that no gas wasmaking it to the gas filter so it could be in need of a gas pump etc.I lost the phone number of a few Winnipeg Fiat people from a few yearsback...so email or phone me.Or if you could come downtown and get it started for $100 or so, plus a usedpart.Otherwise I tow it to mechanic in a week or three to get a once over andestimate on other things.don..proud papa of lil' cute, kinda rusty :) orange Italian BertoneX19...BELIISMO ! :)Thanks don for the tips. FIAT CAR PARTS : Survey of Russian Car-Parts MakersSpells Trouble for Auto CompaniesBy GUY CHAZAN Special to THE WALL STREET JOURNALMOSCOW -- A survey of Russian auto-parts suppliers by Fiat SpA has found none of them meet European quality standards -- a disconcerting result for Western companies operating in Russia that are required by law to use local components in the cars they produce.The findings were released by Nizhegorod Motors, a joint venture between Fiat and Gaz, Russia's No. 2 car maker. The company said it failed to find a Russian supplier that conformed to European certification requirements, despite a two-year search. The survey could have major implications for some big investment projects in the Russian auto industry that are currently in the pipeline. The Gaz-Fiat joint venture, valued at $500 million (524.1 million euros), is to go into production in 2002, while a new assembly site set up by Ford Motor Co. in Vsevolozhsk in northeastern Russia will start making cars next year.
